“ Authentic Chicago style pizza! I'm a lifelong Chicagoan and this place is killing it. The food and drinks are top notch, service is beyond impressive and the owner is personable and gernously gives his time to hang out with the customers. This was my first visit, but based on my time here I will make this a weekly destination. ”

“ I came for dinner, ordered a Chicago Style pizza. The service was attentive and they informed me that the style of pizza may take time. Honestly, service was great, the food was great. The owner stands up for his employees. There was a customer and his significant other being extremely unrealistic and rude. The owner did his best to make them happy and nothing was enough. ”

“ My family and I were excited to try this pizza especially after everyone was raving about it and when we got home it was completely raw. The edges around were cooked even a little burnt but the inside was not. We paid 40 and waited for almost an hour. I’m sure it would have been delicious if it was cooked all throughout! I’d recommend everyone to double checking to make sure your deep dish pizza is cooked all the way before driving home(this was our mistake) However I am leaving 5 stars because their customer service was awesome, they were understanding and got our issue fixed. They gave us a whole new pizza and apologized. Not only was the pizza delicious but we appreciate the way they handled this situation! ”

“ Good stuff! Stopped in for a late lunch on a Monday (Thank you for being open on Mondays when so many places are not.) Our server, a sweet girl with pink hair, was great. Funny and helpful. At 2:30 in the afternoon, we were one of the only tables in there, so the service was very fast! We got the pork jack fries for our appetizer - so delicious. With the stack of barbecue pork and cheddar jack cheese on top of salty crisp fries, it could have been a meal on its own. They served it with ranch dressing, but I asked for honey mustard, and for me that was a better flavor combination! I got a small specialty pizza as my entree. It had caramelized red onion, spinach, feta and bacon. No red sauce on this one, just cheesy, garlicky goodness. Gracious it was delicious! Their brick oven pizzas have a thin crust that is flaky and buttery. I was impressed with the lightness and crunch. We got the pumpkin spice cheesecake for dessert. Good lord. It was funny because I ordered one slice to share but the server said it wasn’t too big so we got a second piece. SO glad we did. It was amazing. The creamy, tangy cheesecake has pumpkin spice swirled in and there’s no crust on this one, just a layer of pumpkin custard along the bottom. HEAVEN. In a funny turn of events, we went to a school function at Cherokee Bluff High School later in the evening, and Rachetti’s was there selling pizza at a booth for the band event. My daughter ended up getting more pizza and trying their chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were tender and plump with a well-seasoned breading! The staff at this outdoor event were super sweet and friendly too, so I think they are just rocking cool employees. I’d love to go back and try their Chicago-style deep dish pizza! The menu said those take around 40 minutes though, so I’ll have to make that a dinner outing and maybe sample some of their cocktails too!! ”

“ I wanted to go here for my birthday. The menu was enticing!! We ordered the Dinner special for 4, knowing we'd take home some extra. In the photos was a 16" thick crust 3 topping pizza , 10 Italian wings, large house salad, and a appetizer of dough nuggets.w/marinara sauce wow! Everything was very tasty and well prepared, nice presentation too. The prices seemed very reasonable. Great service too. Of note, there is a small bar right at the entrance. (Wish the layout was different to accommodate folks at the bar.) When you come in or leave, you have to shuffle around folks that are just a bit, lit, and loud. Competitive talking, you might say . If you don't mind that, then you'll love the PUB atmosphere. Or come earlier to avoid the 5 o'clock somewhere folks, LOL !! But seriously...now, the food is worth the trip . We will be back!!! “ I had a take out service twice. And twice i ordered philly cheesesteak and i did not fail. One of the best cheese steaks ive ever had. Closest to cheesesteak i had in philly. They are not stingy with their meat and good quality meat as well. Next time im hoping to try something else. My coworkers who ordered their deep dish pizza loved it too. ”

“ First timers at Rachetti last night. It was delicious!! The portion size were hugh, the drinks were made fantastic. My husband had a long island iced tea and I had the white sangria, both were excellent. We ordered the deep fried mozzarella sausage balls and a 14" pizza which was super delicious. Very nice covered patio, very nice employees. GREAT EXPERIENCE. A new place for us to get great food. ”

“ Rachetti’s in Flowery Branch , GA . The wings were delicious , the salad was fresh and tasty ( according to my wife ) and the pizza was heavenly . This is Chicago Thin Crust and a tad different . The crust is layered , with a cracker crisp thin layer , then a dense somewhat chewy , almost biscuit like layer. Absolutely delicious. The sausage pinches were tasty , the pepperoni crisp and a tad browned and the cheese of good quality , not at all greasy . Great food ! Service was terrific as well and the atmosphere that of a local grill and watering hole ! Reccomended ”
